Shipping cost for all of Italy is €5.00. Above €59.00 shipping cost is free.
How long does it take for the package to be delivered?
On average, delivery times throughout Italy are 48/72 hours (excluding smaller islands)
Which courier is the order shipped with?
We have entrusted all shipments to the express courier Bartolini.
Tracking number?
Once the package is processed from our warehouse and entrusted to the express courier Bartolini, the courier will send the Tracking code via email to check the progress of the shipment.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all payment methods such as Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Amex, Bank Transfer and Klarna with payment in 3 interest-free installments.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is not available as a payment method.

Do you accept size exchanges?
To make a size change, follow these steps:
- Send us a photo of the front and back of the product to ensure it has not been used.
- Place the product (with its original packaging intact ) inside a sealed bag or box .
- The courier will apply the label directly upon collection.
- Our courier will deliver the new size to you and collect the incorrect one at the same time .
- Write your order number followed by your name and surname on the package
- The exchange costs €9.00 , to be paid in cash to the courier upon delivery.
- Before proceeding, we will ask you to confirm the collection and delivery address .
NB We accept size changes within 14 days of delivery of the package by the courier. All requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

To make a simple return, please follow these steps:
- Send a photo of the front and back of the product to be returned, to verify that it is intact and unused .
- After verification, you will receive a confirmation from us to proceed.
- Correct packaging:
both intact in a sealed envelope or box.
